For more than 20 years, Michelle Long has worked in the Human Resources discipline in a variety of executive positions specializing in employee relations, internal investigations and mitigation, executive coaching, and organizational development.  Currently, Michelle works with many of Symmetry’s mid-sized clients as a strategic advisor.

 

Before joining Symmetry in 2014, Michelle served in various HR roles on the East Coast, including positions as Vice President of Human Resources at Citigroup and Director of Human Resources at Mastercard and Bowne. 

 

Michelle has an undergraduate Degree from the University of Oregon and is a proud Duck fan, and she has a Master’s degree in Psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology. 

 

Michelle had the rare pleasure of living in a tent in Tanzania for month spending time with the Maasai tribe.
